What we sell is straightforward: a subscription term, a number of simultaneous connections, and the details you need to use it inside a compatible player on your own device. What we add around that is the part most people actually need — someone who will tell you whether your television will work before you pay, and who will stay in the conversation while you set it up.

What we do not claim
A good deal of marketing in this industry is written to sound impressive rather than to be accurate. We have deliberately left several things off this website.
- No customer testimonials, star ratings or subscriber counts, because we are not going to invent them.
- No uptime percentages or buffering-free promises, because playback depends on your connection as much as anything we control.
- No broadcaster, league or streaming-platform logos, because they belong to their owners and using them would imply an association that does not exist.
- No named channel guarantees, because line-ups change and a promise we cannot keep is worse than no promise at all.
