Refund Policy
When a refund may be available, how to request one, and what information to include.
The text below is a working draft prepared for Sonix IPTV. It has not yet been reviewed or approved by a qualified adviser, and the highlighted passages need decisions from the business before publication. While this notice is shown, the page is excluded from search engine indexing.
Before you order
Most refund requests can be avoided entirely by checking compatibility first. If you tell us your device and your connection speed before ordering, we will tell you honestly whether the service is likely to work well for you.
Refund conditions
State the actual refund terms this business offers, and nothing more: whether there is a cooling-off period and how long it lasts, whether a refund is available once access details have been supplied, whether partial refunds are given for an unused part of a term, and the circumstances in which no refund is available. Do not publish a money-back guarantee unless the business will honour it in every case described.
Statutory rights
Consumer protection law in your country may give you rights that this policy cannot reduce. Nothing here is intended to limit those rights. Confirm the statutory cancellation rights that apply to digital content and subscription services in each market you sell into, including whether the customer can be asked to waive a cancellation right by requesting immediate access.
How to request a refund
Contact us on WhatsApp or by telephone and include:
- The name and contact details you used when ordering.
- The date of your order and the term you purchased.
- The device or devices you have tried, and what happens on each.
- The result of a speed test run on the device you are watching on.
The last two matter: many problems that look like a fault with the subscription turn out to be a network or device issue that we can fix in a few minutes, leaving you with a working service rather than a refund.
How a refund is paid
State how an approved refund is returned — normally to the original payment method — and how long it takes in practice. Do not state a processing time that has not been confirmed with your payment provider.
Add the date this policy takes effect.
