A connection is one stream playing at one time. If two people in the house watch different things at once, that is two connections.

Because this website does not process payment, we confirm the precise amount for your chosen term and connection count with you directly before anything is paid. If a figure here is ever unclear, ask us and we will state it in writing before you order.
Included in every plan
Choosing a longer term does not unlock extra content, and choosing a single month does not restrict anything. The term decides how long your subscription runs; the connection tier decides how many screens can watch at once.
Picture quality depends on the source content, your device and your internet connection. Catch-up availability and programme guide data vary by channel.
Choosing
Start with one month. It is the shortest commitment available and gives you time to test playback on your own connection and devices before deciding anything else.
Three or six months suits households that already know the service works for them but would rather not commit for a full year at once.
Twelve months is for viewers who know they want extended access and would rather arrange it once than renew repeatedly.
Before you order
When your order is confirmed we send you the details your player needs, along with the guide for your device. You install a compatible player, enter those details once, and the channel list, programme guide and on-demand libraries load inside the player. Your subscription runs for the term you chose.
Each plan is priced by the number of simultaneous connections, from one to five. You can set your subscription up on more devices than that, but only the number of streams you paid for can play at the same time.
Contact us before your current term ends and tell us the term and number of connections you want next. Renewing before expiry keeps your existing setup working without reconfiguring your device.
We send them through the channel you contacted us on, normally WhatsApp, once your order is confirmed. If you would prefer them another way, tell us when you order.
