Rather than publishing a channel list that goes out of date the week after it is written, this page explains the categories you will find and what governs availability. If you want to know whether one particular channel is carried right now, ask us and we will check before you order rather than after.

Finding things
The programme guide and catch-up
An electronic programme guide shows what is on now and what is coming up, in the same grid layout you would recognise from any television service. It loads inside your player the first time you set things up.
Catch-up lets you go back to something that has already aired. Like the guide data itself, catch-up depends on the individual channel: some carry a full week, others carry none at all. Your player shows which channels offer it.

You will not find broadcaster logos, league badges, film posters or a promise that any named channel, competition or title is included. Those belong to their owners, and availability genuinely changes.
